Payment: Mailing services and postage is a prepaid service requirement. |

Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled by the customer by notice in writng or via email prior to printing; however, payment in full for work or services performed prior to cancellation, is due. |

List Security: while in the hands of Postcards Unlimited and/or its subsidiaries, all mailing lists are the exclusive property of the customer and will used only with the customer's instructions. No list will be sold or offered for use to any other party. Further, no list will be used by Postcards Unlimited for any other purpose than for what it is instructed by its customer. Postcards Unlimited assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of a list whether purchased from a vendor or provided from personal information gathering. |

Delivery Schedules: Postcards Unlimited and/or its subsidiaries reserve the right to hold addressing of cards unless payment, postage and approval have been received. Postcards Unlimited, having no control over U.S.Postal Service delivery schedules, and accepts no responsibility for delivery beyond delivery to the Post Office. Postcards Unlimited and/or its subsidiaries accept no responsibility or payment for returned mail. |

Liability: In no case is Postcards Unlimited liable for the loss of business or implied damages resulting from mailings. Liability is limited to the extent of remailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible, with allowable damages limited to the value of the work performed. |

Duplicate Removal: Unless otherwise instructed, duplicates will be removed per each mailing list. Postcards Unlimited and/or its subsidiaries do not guarantee 100% accurancy of removal due to data variances as de-duping is an automated process, depending on variables not neccessarily known to the vendor. |

NCOA updates: Although Postcards Unlimited complies with U.S.Postal Service requirements of Ffirst Class & Standard Presorted mailings, Postcards Unlimited assumes no responsibility for failure to do so. |

Reformatting: Formats that are not compatible for conversion by our software programs may carry an additional charge for conversion. In such an event, customer will be notified prior to conversion. |
