As with all print, your card is charged at the time of order; however, printing does not take place until you have approved your proof.

Due to differences in equipments, paper, inks and other possible conditions, a reasonable variation is expected and cannot be avoided. Postcards Unlimited guarantees accuracy to be within 85-95% range.

No. Although we are happy to work with you, you may submit print jobs created by any agency. Postcards Unlimited reserves the right to a minimum charge should files not meet printing specs.

Will I be charged if I submit files incorrectly or that require changes? |

We will work with you every step of the way; however, if your designer does not call us prior to submitting files, there may be a minimal set-up charge to make it ready for production. Using our designs is your most cost-effective way, of course.

Images purchased on-line can be used if not less than 300 dpi (Hi Res files)… and, if licensing requirement, if any, are met by you.

What does your postcard mailing service include? |

No. The most current ink jetting machine and approved mailing software is used.

Do I need my own postage permit? |

You will only need your own permit if you are sorting and mailing the postcards yourself, in which case the indicia needs to be part of your proof approval, however, one of the advantages of using a mail service is that their/our permit is used, saving you $160.00 each year.

Where will my postcards be mailed from? |

As required by the US Post Office, cards must be mailed from the Post Office of the utilized Indicia; i.e., if we are mailing your postcards, they will be mailed from the Lynchburg, VA Post Office.

How long will it take for my postcards to be delivered? |

Do I need to have my list updated if I'm mailing First Class? |

Because we use the most current mailing software required by the US Post Office, your mailing list is automatically updated. However, this is for correct addresses only and if one on your mailing list has not forwarded their mail, this will not be corrected. One of the reasons for using First Class, and/or an Ancillary Service Request, is to help in updating your list and keeping it current.

What is NCOA? |
